From the beginning, I knew it was systems.
I learned that early on as an engineer, when precision, structure, and feedback loops determined whether something worked or failed.

Then I learned, as an HR executive and business owner, that everything came down to people and processes. When either one breaks, momentum dies. Teams stall not because they lack effort or talent, but because they lack alignment.

I’ve led teams that worked hard but weren’t moving in the same direction. I’ve seen organizations with strong values but no rhythm for living them out. What I discovered is that leadership failure rarely comes from bad intent, it comes from missing systems.

That realization shaped everything I’ve built since.
