The Facilitator Program is a comprehensive training and certification initiative designed to target the knowledge, skills, and credentials needed to excel as facilitators with the Connect for Teams program. This certification will provide the pathway for creating lasting impact across teams.

Take A Step Towards Certification1. Theory & Concepts: The program will provide a deep understanding of facilitation principles, theories, and best practices, allowing participants to apply them effectively in situations beyond facilitation.
2. Facilitation Skills & Techniques: Participants will develop or refresh the core foundation facilitation skills, including effective communication, active listening, group dynamics, and conflict resolution. The program will cover a range of facilitation techniques for a variety of different situations.
3. Practical Experience: Participants will have opportunities to practice their facilitation skills in a supportive and constructive environment, receiving feedback to improve their abilities to successfully facilitate the Connect for Teams program.
