It’s a 90-day guided journal designed to help you plan, track, and reflect on your daily leadership habits using the six core pillars. Each week, you’ll set leadership intentions and priorities; each day, you’ll plan and time-block, complete quick checklists, and record key reflections. The Planner helps you turn new skills into daily habits—so leadership isn’t just something you learn, but something you do, every single day

A: Master Classes are a series of six, 90-minute virtual sessions designed to help you sustain and apply what you learn in the Academy. Each session focuses on reinforcing one pillar of the Designed To Lead™ model, using live facilitation, case studies, group discussion, and peer sharing. You’ll get practical challenges, share wins and obstacles, and have a chance to ask questions as you implement new leadership habits. These sessions are spaced 30 days apart to give you time to practice between classes and are the bridge between training and real-world leadership impact.
